2. The vehicle will then need to be raised with a vehicle lift so that the oil pan can be reached.
3. From there, the drain plug will need to be removed.
4. With the oil drained, you will be ready to insert the drain plug back into the pan and add a new oil filter.
5. All that is left from there is adding new oil and checking levels.

Just like that, your oil will be changed!
